Dr. Piroska Nádudvari

I obtained my medical degree from Semmelweis University Faculty of General Medicine in 1991. Already during my university years, I was interested in treating critically ill patients, working at the Transplantation Clinic and the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit of the National Institute of Cardiology. From 1991, I worked at the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Department of Siófok City Hospital, then from 1998 at Nógrád County Hospital.

I have been a member of the IRIS Care Institute since 2017. Between 2018 and March 2021, I led the Intensive Care Unit of the Ajka Magyar Imre Hospital, gaining experience in intensive care for Covid-19 patients.

I passed my specialist examination in anaesthesiology and intensive care in Budapest in 1995.

Professional experience: General anaesthesia, spinal and regional anaesthesia in general surgery, trauma surgery, urology, obstetrics-gynaecology, day surgery, plastic surgery. Intensive care: poisonings, metabolic crises, polytrauma, brain and spinal injuries, cardiology emergencies, resuscitation, sepsis, donor care.
